Shock Troopers — top-down shooter gameplay

Shock Troopers

C++ / SDL

A top-down shooter written from scratch on SDL. Enemies run on an AI state machine, with pick-ups and boss fights. I owned player movement and the state machine.

W40K — TLM, a Warhammer-inspired game on a custom engine

W40K — TLM

Lua / C / Custom engine

A Warhammer-inspired game built on a custom engine alongside 39 other students, with gameplay scripted in Lua. I worked on engine support and ranged enemies.

Odissea a la Carta — a cozy job-simulator made for a game jam

Odissea a la Carta

Unity / C#

A cozy job-simulator made in 6 days for a game jam, with procedurally generated clients to serve and a helper dog. I built the gameplay and the procedural systems.

The Asylum of Creation — a combat game in a procedurally built world

The Asylum of Creation

Unity / C#

A combat game set in a twisted, procedurally built world, with enemies driven by an AI state machine. I led design, AI and gameplay programming.

About

I started with Scratch as a kid and never lost the habit of turning an idea into something playable.

Now I am graduated in Video Game Design and Development at CITM (UPC), working across the technical and creative sides of making games.

What I enjoy lives between the two — deciding how a system should behave, then making it feel good to play. Game jams are where I push hardest: tight deadlines, real constraints, a finished product at the end.
